B20/b18C into a 1G CRX. Rate my build 1-10?
I am currently dropping a "CR-VTEC" (B20B/B20Z block/B18C vtec head) into my 87' CRX. Ill be going with a chipped P72 ECU, S80 5M transmission w/ LSD, 97' integra axles, OBX 4-2-1 stainless header, OBX high flow cat.w/ 2 1/2" pipe in and 3'' pipe out. Im also doing an 89" intagre rear disc brake conversion, white Tenzo-R 17" rims w/ Continental low-profile tires, Ground control coilover springs, Tokico D-spec shocks, Cusco strut tower bars, intrax camber correction bolts n plates . . not sure on the sway bars yet. Rate my build 1-10, 10 being highest. . . and yes i already know im putting way too much into this thing and please no haters or people saying "get a V8 instead" i hate that.
go with a b16 head it flows better and is closer to a type-r head than a GSR head
I'll give you 7 out of 10 there's nothing there that I havent seen before
edit:
I have a LS-vtec for about 6 years now and it's still runing fine, only stupid fast and furious wannabe idiots, like the guy below me who does not know how to do a ls vtec will complain about it like that..lol he probably don't even own a honda
