half my master bedroom & half my kitchen loses power why these two rooms and why only half?

Reset the switch on the GFCI outlet in the kitchen or in the bathroom. This is a common problem if you washed the counter or the wall near any outlet on the circuit. Most rooms are wired with 2 circuits so you have some power at all times. Both sides of common walls are usually on the same circuit for ease of construction.
If you still have problems after doing a test and reset of the GFCI outlet, then call a qualified professional electrician to do a more thorough inspection.
